I am not sure about everyone else, but I gained a lot of weight while waiting for a proper diagnosis. When I say a lot ... look at the photo of me. That was me before this happened .. six feet. 196lbs of blistering palomino (well, I thought I was). Now go to me 4 months ago. six feet, 290lbs of well, jello. I use to be a size 32 pants. At 290, I was a very tight size 42. (That is why I don't have a current photo ... I don't let people take pics because I don't want to remember).
Today, after building up my endurance (starting by walking around my block), lifting light weights and changing my eating habits, I am now fitting into size 38 pants. When I put them on this morning I started to cry. I have no idea what I weigh and frankly I don't care. I fit into size 38 pants!!!!!!!!!! I am like everyone else. I want things to happen over night. Reality always sets in and that never seems to happen. Oh, did I tell you size 38 pants. That is my chit chat. I just wanted to share ... well because I am so happy. Happy dance happy dance happy dance |
